The second wife of Mirza Fazl Allah Khan [Agha Baygum Khanum] transfers the ownership of all her belongings (including whatever she owns until her death) to her son, Riza Quli Khan, in exchange for one hundred dinars. The condition is that Riza Quli Khan will be responsible for the food and clothing expenses of his mother as long as she lives.
